Welcome! Thank you for considering us as your dental health care provider. Our goal is to provide you and your family with optimal dental care. We want you to feel welcome and as comfortable as possible throughout our relationship. We encourage you to ask questions and to be involved in treatment decisions. This includes understanding your treatment plan as well as our financial policy.
Patients are expected to pay for our services at the time they are rendered. Payments can be made using cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and/or Discover. We also offer CARE CREDIT which is a financing option that is available for healthcare expenses.
Optional Payment Terms:
- Full Pay cash discount: We offer a 5% accounting courtesy for all services over $500.00 that is paid in full prior to commencement of services.
Full pay credit discount: We accept full or partial credit card payment. If you choose to prepay for services over $500.00 using your credit card we can extend a 3% courtesy discount.
Term Loan: By arrangements with CARE CREDIT we can offer patients upon approval, an interest-free loan (up to 12 months) with no down payment, no annual fee and no prepayment penalty. Ask for application
Insurance Information: As a courtesy to our insured patients, we submit claims to your insurance company free of charge. We will help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. In order, to do this we need your insurance card and /or insurance policy with you on your first visit. We can submit claims to your insurance provider as long as your plan allows you to visit any dentist. We are not enrolled in any plans as we are a fee for service practice.
Our focus is on providing quality dental care to you. We welcome your questions, can advise you on different economic approaches for various options, and help you choose what is best for you. Our goal is to make your dental care as comfortable, convenient, and hassle-free as possible.
